Return policy

If you are not satisfied with an item from your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your delivery date for store credit, provided it meets the requirements below.

All returns are issued as store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.

Returns are subject to a $12 return handling fee, which is deducted automatically from the store credit issued. For example, a $30 item returns $18 in store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must complete a return request before shipping anything back. Items sent back without an approved return request will be rejected. Please keep your return label as proof of postage. We are not liable for returns lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Store credit is emailed once processing is complete.

What can be returned

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. We do not accept items showing any signs of wear. All sets must be returned complete, with both pieces together.

We do not accept returns on sale items, marked-down styles, or any product marked FINAL SALE.

Returned items that do not meet these requirements are subject to a restocking fee of 30% to 50%.

Return timing

Once a return label has been provided, you have 2 to 3 days to send the goods back to receive full store credit. Items sent 15 days later receive 50% store credit. Items sent a month after the label was provided receive 25% store credit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Submit a return request, and once it is processed, use the store credit to order the item you need.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged or defective item, email a photo to customerservice@vie-riche.com within 1 to 2 days of delivery so we can verify the issue. The $12 return handling fee is waived for verified damaged or defective items.
